We’re There When Help Can’t Wait

Down the street, across the country and around the world, the Red Cross delivers compassionate relief, comfort and hope. For everyday people, this means:

• Neighbors forced to evacuate their flooded homes find safe refuge, food and comfort at a Red Cross shelter.
• A child fighting to live is given lifesaving blood.
• A deployed service member is granted leave to be at his ailing father’s bedside after the Red Cross verified the emergency.
• A man suffering from cardiac arrest is saved by a CPR-trained bystander.
• A vulnerable child halfway around the world is given the protective measles and rubella vaccine.

You can help in the lifesaving mission of the American Red Cross, you can help alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies.
