Red Cross Central California: Help Us Sound the Alarm
Create a pageSupport Families Impacted by Home Fires in Central California & Beyond
The Red Cross responds to a disaster every eight minutes. The vast majority are home fires.
When the worst happens, we’re there too. After a home fire, Red Cross volunteers work with fire departments to connect with families for needs like emergency lodging, financial assistance and emotional support. After these fires, families are often on curbs, sometimes without shoes or coats, watching their homes burn. We’ve been helping them for more than 50 years, thanks to your generous support.
