Thank you for visiting the American Red Cross Boston Food Pantry donation site. Your support enables us to address food insecurity for hundreds of thousands of Greater Boston residents every year.

The American Red Cross Boston Food Pantry is a critical community resource in Greater Boston. Since 1982, and as one of the largest pantries in New England, its programs have focused on providing vulnerable populations access to fresh nutritious food and nutrition guidance at our Pantry, in Boston Public Schools, at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, and in the community via mobile distributions.

The Pantry, located at 1033 Massachusetts Avenue in Roxbury, distributes food Wednesdays and Saturdays to approximately 2,500 to 3,000 households each week and hundreds of thousands of individuals annually. Senior citizens and children represent the majority of our clients.

Donations made from November 1, 2024 through December 31, 2023 will be matched up to $25,000 thanks to a generous donor and longtime Red Cross volunteer, Paul Kastner, in memory of his wife Liz Kastner, dedicated Boston Food Pantry volunteer and Volunteer of the Year in 2016.
